بادر السيد محمود ثامر عامر خريج جامعة النهرين والاول على كلية العلوم لسنه 2018-2019 و المنسوب الى قسم ضمان الجوده والاداء الجامعي/ رئاسة الجامعة لتصميم نظام الكتروني للعلاوات السنوية لتقليل الجهد على الموظفين من خلال برنامج امن وسريع ودقيق يحتوي على سلم الرواتب و يظهر تقرير استمارة العلاوة كما هي معتمده لرئاسة الجامعة النهرين بدون اي تاخير وفي موعدها المحدد وتم تطبيق النظام واعتمادة في رئاسة جامعة النهرين ومركز بحوث التقنيات الاحيائية بعد موافقة السيد رئيس الجامعة المحترم ويمكن ان يطبق في تشكيلات الجامعة كافة وتم القاء دورات تدريبة بخصوص النظام وكيفية عملة وتم اضافة الموظفين الذين يستحقون الترفيعات ليكون البرنامج متكاملًا.
